This is a collage created out of papers from industrial design magazines. The paper is very high quality as they are the kind of high-end mags kept in design reference libraries. I like the saturation of color and variety in these books. This collage was referencing a painting I did some years back. The model took two positions in the original painting session and I really liked the composition although I took some liberties here adding windows, doors etc and positioning the "two Ruths" in opposition. I'm also somewhat referencing the annunciation scene which often influences my work. Also the idea of gateways, entryways windows, I find compelling.
